IHC using the antibody diluted at 1:50, staining paraffin-embedded human endometrial cancer tissue. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was performed under high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated overnight at 4°C. Detection was via a biotinylated secondary antibody.
