IF of MCF7 cells with the antibody at 1:50, counterstained with DAPI. Cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% goat serum, and incubated overnight at 4°C with the primary antibody. DAPI labeled nuclei in blue. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.
