Mouse Anti-KRT5 mAb (Unconjugated) [REK5-K380]

The immunohistochemistry (IHC) was conducted on paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer tissue using the antibody at a 1:100 dilution. The procedure included dewaxing and hydration, followed by antigen retrieval under high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The tissue section was then blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. The primary antibody, prepared in 1% BSA, was incubated overnight at 4°C. Detection was achieved using a goat anti-mouse IgG polymer conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), with visualization performed using 0.05% DAB staining.
