IHC staining of paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer with the antibody (1:100) was performed. After dewaxing, hydration, and antigen retrieval in citrate buffer (pH 6.0), sections were blocked with 10% goat serum for 30 min at room temperature. The primary antibody (in 1% BSA) was incubated overnight at 4°C, detected with HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG polymer, and visualized with 0.05% DAB.
