HeLa cells were immunofluorescently stained using the antibody at a 1:100 dilution. The cells were fixed with 4% formaldehyde and blocked with 10% normal goat serum. The primary antibody was incubated overnight at 4°C. Nuclear DNA was stained blue with DAPI.
