Aquaporin 2 is a water channel protein primarily expressed in the kidney collecting ducts, regulating water reabsorption and body water balance in response to vasopressin. Testing has shown that the standard curve generated using the sandwich-based Rat AQP2 ELISA Kit [REK1-XX3120] demonstrates the kit's capability for accurate quantification of Rat Aquaporin 2 levels. Please note that the illustrated curve is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used for your experiments. A new standard curve must be generated for each assay.
