Immunocytochemistry of Hela cells using REK5-K828 diluted 1:10. Cells fixed with 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% goat serum, primary incubated overnight at 4°C with 1% BSA, detected with biotinylated secondary and HRP-SP system.
