Paraffin-embedded human colon cancer sections stained with REK5-K701 at 1:200; after dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was done under high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0), blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 min at RT, incubated overnight at 4 °C with primary antibody (1% BSA), then visualized using a biotinylated secondary antibody and HRP-SP system.
