Western Blot analysis using ABCB9 antibody (5 µg/mL) detected a positive band at ~85 kDa in HL60 whole cell lysate and mouse brain, heart, and kidney tissues. A goat polyclonal anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (1:50,000) was used. Predicted band sizes were 67, 76, 78, 80, and 85 kDa.
