HeLa cells treated with 30 mM sodium butyrate for 4 h were stained with REK5-K596 (1:2.5) and counterstained with DAPI via immunofluorescence, following fixation, permeabilization, and blocking, with overnight primary antibody incubation at 4 °C and detection using green-fluorescent Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).
