Podoplanin is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells, podocytes, and some tumor cells, playing roles in lymphatic development, platelet aggregation, and cancer metastasis. Testing has shown that the standard curve generated using the sandwich-based Mouse PDPN ELISA Kit [Cat# REK1-XX3668] demonstrates the kit's capability for accurate quantification of Mouse Podoplanin levels. Please note that the illustrated curve is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used for your experiments. A new standard curve must be generated for each assay.
