Testing has shown that the standard curve generated using the sandwich-based Mouse CFD ELISA Kit [REK1-XX3558] demonstrates the kit's capability for accurate quantification of Mouse Complement Factor D levels. Please note that the illustrated curve is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used for your experiments. A new standard curve must be generated for each assay.
