Mouse Anti-NOS2 mAb (Unconjugated) [REK5-K440]

The overlay peak curve illustrates HepG2 cells stained with the antibody (depicted by the red line) at a dilution of 1:50. Prior to staining, cells were blocked with 10% normal goat serum to prevent nonspecific protein interactions, then incubated with the primary antibody (1 µg per 1×10^6 cells) for 1 hour at 4°C. A FITC-conjugated secondary antibody at a 1:100 dilution was applied for 30 minutes at 4°C. An isotype control antibody, mouse IgG1 (also 1 µg per 1×10^6 cells), was used under identical conditions and is represented by the green line. Data acquisition involved collecting more than 10,000 events.
