IHC image using the antibody diluted 1:100, staining paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was performed under high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Sections were blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Primary antibody (in 1% BSA) was incubated overnight at 4°C. Detection was done using an HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG polymer and visualized with 0.05% DAB.
