Mouse Anti-KRT1 mAb (Unconjugated) [REK5-K368]

The immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed on paraffin-embedded human skin tissue using the antibody at a dilution of 1:100. The procedure included dewaxing and hydration, followed by antigen retrieval under high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The tissue section was then blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. The primary antibody, prepared in 1% BSA, was incubated overnight at 4°C. Detection was carried out with a goat anti-mouse IgG polymer conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and visualization was achieved with 0.05% DAB staining.
