Immunofluorescence study of human peripheral blood leukocytes treated with paraformaldehyde. Membrane staining is demonstrated by the fluorescent secondary antibody (1:1000 dilution) after a 1-hour primary incubation (1:50-1:100 dilution). The blue nuclear stain is called DAPI. Isotype control: fluorescent secondary antibody, followed by anti-fluorescein.
