Mouse Anti-GFAP mAb (Unconjugated, IgG1 Kappa, Human Reactive) [REK5-K305]

IHC staining of paraffin-embedded human glioma tissue using CSB-MA293354 antibody diluted 1:100, conducted on a Leica Bond™ system. After dewaxing and rehydration, antigen retrieval was performed under high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Sections were blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by overnight incubation at 4°C with the primary antibody diluted in 1% BSA. Detection was achieved using an HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG polymer and visualized with 0.05% DAB substrate.
