Mouse Anti-GCG mAb (Unconjugated) [REK5-K303]

IHC staining of paraffin-embedded human pancreatic tissue using the antibody diluted 1:100. Following dewaxing and rehydration, antigen retrieval was achieved by high-pressure treatment in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Tissue sections were blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature, then incubated overnight at 4°C with the primary antibody diluted in 1% BSA. Detection utilized an HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG polymer, and staining was visualized with 0.05% DAB substrate.
