IHC using the antibody diluted at 1:100, stained in paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue. Following dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was performed using high pressure in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. The primary antibody (diluted in 1% BSA) was incubated overnight at 4°C. Detection was achieved with a Goat anti-mouse IgG labeled with HRP, and visualization was carried out using 0.05% DAB.
