IHC of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using the antibody (1:100). Antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH 6.0) under high pressure. Sections were blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 min at room temperature, followed by overnight incubation with the primary antibody (in 1% BSA) at 4°C. Detection was achieved using a biotinylated secondary antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin-Biotin system.
