Mouse Anti-ACTA2/ACTG2 mAb (Unconjugated, IgG2a Kappa) [REK5-K89]

Paraffin-embedded human heart sections were dewaxed, hydrated, and subjected to antigen retrieval using high-pressure citrate buffer (pH 6.0). After blocking with 10% normal goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature, the sections were incubated overnight at 4°C with the primary antibody diluted 1:100 in 1% BSA. Detection was carried out using an HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG polymer and visualized with 0.05% DAB.
