This kit uses an indirect ELISA method. The microtiter plate is coated with a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 virus S protein's RBD. After adding the sample and washing, a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled goat anti-human IgG (H+L) polyclonal antibody is added. The resulting complex's color intensity, indicated by TMB, shows the antibody content in the sample. The concentration of SARS-CoV-2 virus RBD antibodies in the sample is directly proportional to the OD450 value.
