Human S100B ELISA Kit

Protein S100-B is a calcium-binding protein primarily expressed in astrocytes, involved in intracellular signaling and neural damage response. Testing has shown that the standard curve generated using the sandwich-based Human S100B ELISA Kit [Cat# REK1-XX124] demonstrates the kit's capability for accurate quantification of Human Protein S100-B levels. Please note that the illustrated curve is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used for your experiments. A new standard curve must be generated for each assay.
