Gamma Glutamylcyclotransferase is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of gamma-glutamyl amino acids to 5-oxoproline and free amino acids, playing a role in glutathione metabolism. Testing has shown that the standard curve generated using the sandwich-based Human GGCT ELISA Kit [REK1-XX4366] demonstrates the kit's capability for accurate quantification of Human Gamma Glutamylcyclotransferase levels. Please note that the illustrated curve is for demonstration purposes only and cannot be used for your experiments. A new standard curve must be generated for each assay.
